This program is designed for female Council officers who have had a minimum of 2 years' work experience and is a four-day personal and career development program specifically developed for women.  Springboard involves skill development in the areas of career management, personal effectiveness, communication and goal achievement.  Topics covered include career planning, building self-confidence and stress management.
